Deleting your account or your data

The fastest way is in the app. Open Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. This deletes your account and all its data straight away, from our servers and from your phone.

Can't open the app, or want us to do it for you? Email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it within a few days.

Something not working

Tell us what you were doing, what went wrong, which screen you were on and whether it happens every time. A screenshot helps a lot.

A workout or your streak looks wrong

We can usually fix this for you without losing anything. Tell us roughly when it happened and what you expected to see.

Everything else

Ideas, feedback or questions about how something works all go to the same email address, and we read every one.
